What did you do before consulting?

I founded and ran a B2B services company with heavy paperwork and strict rules. I started it alone and did the sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance myself. Over the years I moved the work that depended on me into processes the team ran, because a company that needs its owner for every answer stops growing at the size of that owner's day.

What did you automate in your own company?

A CRM that collected lead data on its own, reporting, automatic updates for customers, and reminders for invoices and payments. These are results from my own former company, not from client projects:

After we automated orders, the number of orders doubled in the first three months.
Automatic customer updates freed about 80 hours of staff time a week.
Daily reports took staff about two minutes before going home, because all they had to do was check and confirm.

How do you work now?

AI consulting is my main work. My own business runs on AI agents that do research, documents, reports and first drafts, and I approve the templates, rules and company knowledge they work from and check samples of what goes out. For clients I work at a fixed price with a written scope, and I set things up on your accounts, so you keep them.

What does an AI business consultant do?

Finds the work in your business that repeats and slows people down, chooses tools that can take it over, sets them up and checks with you that they work. In my case the focus is enquiries, customer support, data between tools and AI in the team.

Yes, you work with me directly, and AI agents help me with the groundwork. Everything that reaches you has been checked by me.
