The first call is free. Consultation €250, setups from €800, full systems from €2,000. Prices are for businesses, excl. VAT, with a fixed price in writing before work starts.

What does each service cost?

Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where applicable.
Launch pricing: 30% off, 20 places
30% off the listed prices for projects agreed by 31 December 2026. I take on 20 projects at this price; work can continue into January. Applies to setups, full systems, connections and team setup - not to the free call, the paid consultation or ongoing support.
How does payment work?
Fixes to what we agreed are free for 30 days after acceptance.
Payment, step by step
Free call - no payment and no obligation.
Consultation - €250, paid when you choose a time. The €250 fee is credited toward a project of €1,000 or more, excluding VAT and after any launch discount, if you accept the quote within 30 days after the consultation.
Project - you get a written scope and a quote. When you accept it, I send an invoice for the full price, and work starts after payment. Extra work outside the quote whose time cannot be known in advance is invoiced afterwards at €80 an hour, due in 7 days.
Ongoing support - a monthly invoice in advance, minimum three months.
How can I pay?
Projects for companies in Finland and the EU: by bank transfer, with the reference number on the invoice. The consultation: by card when you choose a time. Customers outside the EU may also pay invoices by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and I never see your card details.
Is VAT added to the price?
Prices exclude VAT. For a company in Finland, Finnish VAT 25.5% is added (the consultation is €313.75 incl. VAT). Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no Finnish VAT (reverse charge). Companies outside the EU, including the US and the UK, pay no VAT. Please provide your business country and VAT ID, if you have one.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. For card payments you get a receipt at once, and an invoice with VAT details by email.
Who pays for the software?
You do, directly to the vendors and on your own accounts, so the tools stay yours. Each quote names the expected monthly cost before you agree.
Questions about payment
Do you sell to consumers?
No. Elivance works with businesses only, which is why prices are shown without VAT.
What if I need to cancel the consultation?
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds are covered in the Consultation terms.
What if a project is cancelled before it starts?
The Terms of Service set out what happens to the advance payment.
Do you charge in US dollars or British pounds?
The site shows euros. If you are in the US or the UK, mention it on the call, and the quote can state the amount in your currency.
Is the launch discount applied to the consultation?
No. Launch pricing covers setups, full systems, connections and team setup.
