Then I will say so. A clearer process or a tool you already pay for may be enough. If anything in the written plan is unclear, ask within 7 days and I will answer in writing.
Look for work that repeats every day and follows the same steps: answering the same questions, copying data between tools, chasing replies. If your team does a lot of that, there is usually something to automate. The free call is the quick way to check.
