What goes wrong when everyone picks their own AI tool?
Nobody knows what company data went where. One person pastes a customer list into a free chatbot, another pays for a tool on a personal card, a third does not use AI at all because nobody showed them how. The work does not get faster, and the risk grows quietly.
What does the team setup include?
What you get
- We pick and set up ready-made tools for agreed tasks in your team.
- We agree, in writing, what data may go to AI and what may not.
- Two 90-minute training sessions for up to 10 people.
- A check-in after a month, to catch what has stalled.
How do you use AI yourself?
My own work runs on AI agents: research, documents, reports, first drafts of emails. The rules are simple. Keys and passwords are stored encrypted, and a person approves the templates and rules the agents work from and checks samples of what goes out. Your team gets the same kind of rules, written for your business.
While the work runs
- AI agents do the groundworkResearch, documents, reports, first drafts.
- Keys and passwords stored encryptedThe agents never see them.
- Safety rules enforced in codeNot only written into instructions.
- Business systems: read by defaultChanges need approval, deleting is off.
- A spending limit per projectChecked before each paid call.
Before it counts as done
- A separate AI checks the workNot the one that did it.
- A second opinion from an OpenAI modelOn plans and code, read-only.
Before anything goes out
- A person approves templates and rulesAnd checks samples of what goes out.
- Nothing irreversible without a person's yesSending, payments, publishing. Emails wait as drafts.
When you don't need this
- Only one or two people would use AI at work. A one-page policy may be enough - the template is free.
- Nobody has time for the two sessions in the coming months. Wait until they do.
- For help with one tool's settings, start with the vendor's documentation.
How much does it cost?
From €1,200 for the tools, the rules, two sessions for up to 10 people and the check-in after a month.
Launch pricing: 30% off, 20 places30% off the listed prices for projects agreed by 31 December 2026. I take on 20 projects at this price; work can continue into January. Applies to setups, full systems, connections and team setup - not to the free call, the paid consultation or ongoing support.

Questions about AI in the team
Do we need an AI policy for employees?
If your people use AI with company or customer data, yes. A short written policy says which tools are allowed, what data may go in, and who to ask. Writing it for your business is part of the team setup.
Where can office staff get AI training?
The most useful training is on your own tasks and tools. That is why the two sessions use your team's real work, with names removed, rather than general examples.
Which AI tools do you set up?
Ready-made tools from the main vendors, on business plans, chosen for the agreed tasks. Company data does not go into free tiers.
What does the EU AI Act mean for a small team?
The AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 4) expects companies whose staff use AI systems to make sure those people know enough about them to use them sensibly. Training and written rules help you prepare for that; whether your company meets the requirement is for you and your lawyer to confirm.
Which language are the sessions in?
English or Finnish.
